3-Months Internship – Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes (screening, calling).
- Help coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain HR databases and spreadsheets.
- Onboard new interns/employees with documentation.
- Prepare job descriptions and internship listings.
- Help plan internal team events or engagement.
- Learn HR policy and compliance basics.
- Organize records of attendance and leaves.
- Support feedback and review documentation.
- Work with HR tools (Zoho, Google Workspace).
- Get Certificate and LOR for efficient HR support
